On September 9th & 10th, we gather for one powerful day to lift the veil and expose the architecture running beneath our lives.
Across the Midwest, longstanding patterns of extraction, inequity, and exclusion are becoming impossible to ignore. The structures that determine who benefits, who bears the burden, and whose voices matter have often been presented as neutral. They are not. They are designed—and what is designed can be redesigned.
Pretending the matrix is neutral only keeps the simulation running exactly as designed.
The 2026 Equity Bootcamp is your invitation to step outside the program, examine the source code, and choose justice on purpose.

Designed for Midwest organizers, advocates, community leaders, and policymakers, this one-day virtual experience will sharpen analysis, strengthen relationships, and equip participants to drive meaningful change across energy, climate, housing, transportation, and economic justice issues.

This Bootcamp helps participants see the system clearly, challenge harmful patterns, and build a more just future by design—not by default.
