The Advocacy Working Group is a space where Midwest advocates, organizers, and coalition members come together to make building decarbonization visible, actionable, and rooted in justice.

We believe advocacy should be accessible—whether you're shaping legislation, telling your story, or mobilizing your community.

This group is more than a meeting space—it’s a virtual advocacy workshop.
Here, you’ll:

  • Explore different types of advocacy—from legislative to narrative to coalition-based

  • Learn how to stay compliant while engaging in public campaigns

  • Practice your skills, submit your story, and receive personalized coaching

  • Build lasting relationships across the coalition to strengthen our collective impact

Email Edward Davis (davis@midwestdecarb.org) to get involved.

Meets monthly on the 3rd Tuesday at 2 pm ET.
