Qualified Allocation Plans (QAP) Toolkit & Training
Here at Midwest BDC, we have been focused on encouraging state Housing Development Authorities to tighten standards (“QAP”) for more efficient new construction standards for projects built with federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
In this webinar, Quinn Biever (Elevate) introduces a QAP Commenting Toolkit he created to make it easier for us all to get involved and make our voices heard!
Member & Ally Resources
This interactive discussion webinar is designed to educate you and your team on residential building energy benchmarking and gather your feedback on benchmarking policies. We will discuss what building energy benchmarking is, how it is used in single-family versus multifamily buildings, and the construction of new versus existing buildings.
What are the benefits?
What tools are used for this purpose?
Policies that exist elsewhere and how they align with green building programs.
