For years, our Speaker Ambassador (Train‑the‑Trainer) program helped advocates across the Midwest build confidence in talking about building decarbonization, energy justice, and healthier homes.

That foundation remains essential — and now we’re expanding it to meet what communities are asking for next: not just education, but action.

People want to know how to bring decarbonization to life in their neighborhoods. They want tools, templates, and support to spark local conversations that lead to real change. That’s why we’re evolving the Speaker Ambassador program into our next‑generation model: Decarb & Deliver.

⚡ What Is Decarb & Deliver?

Decarb & Deliver is a full activation pathway.
Participants still learn how to communicate clearly about decarbonization, but now they also receive the tools, resources, and support to deliver impact in their own communities.

This new model equips members to:

• Break down decarbonization in accessible, community‑centered language

• Connect building decarbonization to health, affordability, and equity

• Facilitate conversations that help neighbors take the next step

• Navigate incentives, technologies, and local opportunities

• Launch a local community event

• Collect community insights through surveys that help us better support the Midwest

Where Speaker Ambassadors focused on sharing the message at your own pace, Decarb & Deliver is about putting that message into motion — with intention, urgency, and real community impact.
